Chinese New Year~!

A little too late...but it is still CNY...so HAPPY CNY!!
Doin a quick one here...more pics then words...
celebrated at Aunty Millie's house...Chinese New Year eve dinner was at Damansara Palace Restaurant...

We spent the first 2 days at Aunty Millie's house...then on the third day we went to the ipoh house...i think it was our cousin's or uncle's place...not really sure...IT WAS HUGE!!! looked like we were in China...so KEWL! the land itself was HUGE!!! There are like 3 bungalows on ONE FREAKINGLY HUGE AMOUNT OF LAND....=p
one house was the china one...another was really western..the daughter's house we didn't go and KPC...no time...here's a pic of the entrance to the china hse...

The place inside is like a museum...there is this centre place...and it's open air...like a courtyard...behind it was a seating place...with antique chairs and pics of my dad's father's brother and the yeoh's side...

SO i guess the journey back and forth wasnt so bad after all...it took us ony 2 hours to get thr...but almost 4 hours to get back...MADNESS!!!

Orientation Day at Monash~!

Just had my orientation today... Fun and a bit frustrating (for me la)...I was suppose to collect my documents today...but then they said not ready yet...they called me up on Friday and asked me to collect today...now I have to collect on wednesday...haizzz...lucky I have my course briefing on that day...AND ... TOMORROW GOT TEST!! so fast got test adey... It's some English Diagnostic Test...they said they wanna check out our weakness...So we will be tested on our grammar, writing skills, and vocab...hopefully they wont ask us to write an essay...it's a one hour paper...so I doubt they will ask...my English is so bad...long time nvr practice...I think if u read my previous posts...sure got grammar error .... haha....

when I arrived at the MPH today, I was greeted my some "Buddies"..."buddies" are students from the Monash University Student Association...otherwise known as MUSA...after registering, I went to find a seat..and then I saw Reshme...she was one of the "Buddies"...
So I sat down....looked around...trying to find Jen Er and Tin Chi...Then I saw them...SO I went to sit with them...AND ...I saw SUSU and Nai Chien with Gaya...didn't know Gaya was also doing medicine at MU...at least got more frens...

during our orientation...We were taught how to dance! YES! DANCE! HIP HOP!! there was a representative from California Fitness...sorry la...but the way he danced was a bit...GAY!...hahaha...but it was fun...he grabbed 2 random girls & boys to dance on stage with him...errr...the boys weren't picked...they volunteered to go up ...so sporting....haha....

Saw a lot of ppl at monash...plenty of SAM students...and Kimberly was a committee member in MUSA...Vimal and Prashantini were there too...oh ya...we played human knot..unfortunately...we couldnt untangle ourselves...haha...

Susu and I signed up for the orientation party...somewhere in march...we have a FREE trip to Genting...heh...only limited to 100 students...

haven't even updated...so many things...so little time...

Had a farewell party for Ann last Thursday...pictures...not yet upload...no time to make another post...had a lot of fun...

haizzz...so many ppl leaving on the 14th...other ppl saying "I love you...happy Valentine's day...etc..."
The rest will be saying goodbye to our friends...

G4 outing

Today, I found out...there were only 7 ppl in my classs...heh...out of 25...ony 7 of us turned up for for our little outing...oh well..I guess every1 too busy with uni preperations...
sigh...so many of you will be leaving...y the ppl goin to aussie to study leave on the same day one?? on valentines day summre...hahahha...tha's funny...imagine the single stewards and stewardess...coming up to u..."will you be my valentine?" hehehe...syok sendiri...

okok...abt the outing...met up at college at 11...saw Shie Ming and Hwei Ming at the bubble tea shop...then saw Mayne and Uncle Robert...went to IDP to kacau Joyce...she was working there...I think she will slaughter me if she saw this...dunno y she dun want ppl to noe..hehhee...I think she is too busy working till she has no time...and THEN...we went to AC to cari Sait Yie...she was with Ah Hua...we called her but she couldnt hear us...too noisy, i guess...

We then headed off to Midvalley! We parked at the G section...didnt noe it actually existed.. it was packed..so we went up and up and up and up...till we saw sooo many empty parking lots...

Hwei Ming was driving...of course...with his driving skills...we got there in one piece... =)

Then we went to look for Jac Kee...she went there earlier...then we went up to the cinema...all 5 of use queued up...in seperate lines...and when it was our (Sait Yie & moi) turn, we walked out of the line...we couldnt decide what movie to watch...so we all ditched the cinema...went downstairs to makan at Kim Gary...it was full...there was a table at the back with a reserved sign...and when we masuk...we got to sit thr...we didnt even book...lucky us...and so we sat...ordered...every1 had cheese baked rice xcept me...cuz I love the twin sauce thr...so yummy...their food there very good quality...and mine was extra special...their cheese baked rice came first...mine came i think 20 or 30 minutes later..I think they needed to collect their fresh beef frm NZ...and their fish...hmmm...prolly frm Alaska...fresher...hahahaha...even their plain water came frm the mountains...very fresh...but Sait Yie said it tasted like the water frm Cameron Highlands...hahahahahahaha...after makan-ing...took pic with Shie Ming and Jac Kee and Sait Yie...

After Kim Gary...we saw Hitz.fm ...went thr...they had some matching thingy... u had to match the sports ppl with their sponsers...like I tahu la...hah...so the 4 girls and HM went to the toilet...then we balik thr...THEN.........i need a new word..keep on using then ony...heheh...
we went walkie walkie...then whr we go adey ar??oh ya...went back up to the cinema...that's the 3rd time...we were supposed to watch The Holiday...but it was too late...so we ended up watching Blood & Chocolate...Not a bad show...after that, the 5 of us went to the IT center..looked at phones...the Sony one was soo nice...Shie Ming sad cuz it was cheaper then the phone she is using now...Blood & chocolate....DEFINATELY for 18 and above...amazingly...I was rated U... dont wana talk abt the show here...after mcm spoiler...SO GO WATCH IT!! Jac Kee couldnt watch with us...cuz she needed to balik by 3...so we said bb to her...haizzz...splitting up with frens is hard...she will be goin to aussie on the 14th...

after watching mv...we went to MPH...look c look c...Kian chee wanted to eat cinnamon rolls...there wasnt any Cinnabon in Midvalley...So went to Auntie Anne's instead...Shie Ming went to eat 1901...AND THEN...We had to say our goodbyes....sob...and with that...one day gone...every1 goin overseas....sigh...

this is the point where every1 splits up to pursue their dreams...hahah...dreams it seems...hah!

been with my frens for quite some time now...some frm primary...some frm secondary...the others frm college...eventhough we spent so little time together...we were like a FAMILY!!
the G4 family...hehe....

ok...susu...I updated...ohya...got so many more things to letak...need to post abt our job hunting...my baju hunting...maybe not the baju hunting la...too depressing...hehehe....
